Modelling tools and good practice guides for professionals working in networks dedicated to older people with mental disorders.
To improve the knowledge of professionals in the field of elderly people with mental health problems and to improve the multidisciplinary networking for the best support of these people.
The aim of the project is to design an exchange and communication platform to improve the networking of professionals in the field of support for elderly people with mental health problems in Europe.
It is to participate in the opening of the offer to reinforce the competences of professional adults.
Our offer consists in improving the practices of professionals in the medical and psycho-social sectors.
